About Implant Secured Dentures

If you are a candidate, Dr. Wallach may recommend implant secured dentures to replace multiple missing teeth. Implant dentures are a significant investment, however they offer long lasting benefits compared to other options.

Benefits of Implant Dentures

Implant dentures offer a number of benefits compared to removable dentures including:

Better retention, especially for lower restorations

No worry of dentures “slipping” or “falling out”

More comfortable – do not cover the palette

Improved health of bone and gums

Ability to eat without restrictions

No adhesives needed

More natural look and feel

Same Day Dentures

Most patients who choose implant dentures will receive same day dentures, also called immediate dentures, dentures in a day or “all on four”. Dr. Wallach will coordinate the placement of as few as four dental implants (called all on four) to anchor the denture. The denture will act as a splint, accelerating the healing and integration of the dental implants in the jaw.

Dentures FAQs

How much do dentures cost?

The cost of dentures depends on your specific condition, the type of dentures you choose and the materials we use. Dr. Wallach will outline your treatment plan along with the payment schedule and other details. If you have dental insurance, we will submit claims on your behalf. For treatment not covered by insurance, we offer several flexible payment options.

What is All on Four?

All on four is a name for a popular implant denture procedure. Depending on your specific condition, as few as four dental implants may be placed in the jaw bone to anchor the dentures. Dr. Wallach will evaluate your condition and place the right number of dental implants for the best results.
